The Online Shipping Confirmation and Reporting system is Syncro’s custom application for quickly placing orders for spots.   Users can view and select television and radio spots from Syncro’s feature rich online library for delivery.  Based on the client’s budget and time frame, OSCAR will optimize the fastest and least expensive way to deliver spots to every Broadcaster.   Using a variety of online delivery services as well as dub and ship, we ensure your spots delivered, even when the destination goes 'offline'.

When you are using OSCAR, you can load ad-id codes or ISCI codes.    Drag and drop your station list or buy activity report.   Enter flight dates.   Review your faxed or emailed instruction letters.     

 Oscar will let you know immediately how each spot can go and the online status of each destination.   It can give you a PDF with all tracking numbers and an accurate estimate of your costs, by job# po# etc, allowing you to always stay on top of your budget.

 OSCAR can also make keeping your books easier.    All invoices can be marked up with your accounting codes.   We can break out your invoices by region and also give you tax compliance reporting.   We can deliver your invoices all ready to be loaded into your billing system.
