The AAIS Online Ordering System

The AAIS Online Ordering system is Syncro’s Windows-based application for placing orders for spots. Users can view and select television and radio spots from Syncro’s extensive online library for shipment or electronic delivery.  Based on the client’s budget and time frame, AAIS will optimize the fastest and least expensive way to deliver spots to every Broadcaster.

To start using AAIS, please email or call (212) 273-0500 to set up your account with a user name and password.

To connect to AAIS, please select one of the following options:

1. Remote Desktop:
·          If you have Windows/Windows XP: Click Here to download RDP client, then go to step 1.d
·          If you have Mac OS: Click Here to download RDP client, then go to step 1.d

2.) Citrix Clients:  Download ICA software for remote connection or see latest updates.
·          Click “Create NEW connection”
·          Select “WAN”
·          Enter host apollo.syf.com
