Digital Asset Management with Automated Transcoding

Syncro uses top-of-the line video transcoders and conversion software including Telestream's FlipFactory, Rhozet's Carbon Coder, Cleaner XL, and sister company WheresMyMedia's digital asset management and automated transcoding system. 

The WheresMyMedia technology expedites digital delivery and conversion of nearly any video file, ranging from High Definition, to various mobile and electronic billboard formats.

Digital Uploading

Using the "Upload" tab on the left-hand side of the screen, video can be uploaded directly to the dub center by using the WheresMyMedia "drag and drop" box.  For files exceeding two gigabytes in size, Syncro's ftp site is also listed as an alternative method for digitally delivering files over to Syncro.

The Online Ordering System

The user-friendly Syncro System enables clients to place orders, find PODs, and search over 200 specialized reports by job name, PO number, and or agency roll-up.  Users can select thier television and radio spots from Syncro’s extensive online library to be shipped or electronically delivered with traffic instructions to multiple Broadcast entities.  Based on the client’s budget and initial air dates, the Syncro System optimizes the fastest and least expensive way to deliver spots to each destination.  All orders placed, automatically save user preferences for each client, making subsequent order entries even easier.
